Having lived most of his life in Miami, Louis considers himself a true native of the city. He attended local schools, served honorably in the United States Army, and dedicated 13 years to the Department of Corrections before embarking on a successful career in real estate.

In 2003, Louis began his journey in the real estate industry as a residential appraiser, honing his expertise in property valuation across the South Florida market, including Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. His extensive experience as a State Certified Appraiser laid the foundation for his transition to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2010.

As a seasoned real estate professional, Louis specializes in neighborhoods such as West Miami, Westchester, Kendall, the Redlands, the Florida Keys, and his home community in the City of Homestead.
